We now carry whole Moulard duck from Hudson Valley Foie Gras. They are as fresh as they can be. John can truss your duck and prepare it for the oven for you. They average 8 pounds each, which is comparable to a goose but less fatty. Price is only $10- per pound! Fully prepared and cooked $12- per pound.
